Imploded Versions is a full-spectrum immersion into low-end revelation… heavy bass that envelops, seduces, submerges, and ultimately crushes. On this collaborative release, The Bug and Ghost Dubs fuse their sonic arsenals to carve out a new strain of dub. It’s darkly hypnotic, punishingly physical, and utterly addictive for zonal headz and Babylon seekers alike. Across the release, each artist contributes their own heavyweight centrepiece. The Bug with “Militants” and Ghost Dubs with “Into the Mystic”. Each cut is presented in three escalating versions, with every iteration tunnelling further into the abyss; it gets deeper, heavier, more hallucinatory. The result is an irresistible progression of groove and dread, where sound system pressure meets spectral atmosphere, and dub itself is pushed into uncharted territory.”
