Shabazz Palace’s second album (released in 2014) is a true murky masterpiece. In manys ways, it truly pushes the boundaries of what would be considered hip-hop. Space rock, Funkadelic jams and Captain Beefheart-like word play are but three of the signifiers on this 2LP set.
