Peter Head has worked with everyone from the Rolling Stones to Elton John to the Bee Gees to a pre-ACDC Bon Scott ( a fascinating and rarely told tale right there), to Jeff St John to Wendy Saddington to Tamam Shud to Blackfeather to TMG and Greg Quill’s Country Radio to Robyn Archer to Glenn Shorrock to pioneer Oz rock and country stars like Jimmy Little, Lonnie Lee and Lucky Starr to Peter’s part in the John Farnham origin story to the likes of Georgie Fame, Alan Price and Fleetwood Mac founder Peter Green during a sojourn in England in 1968, yeah even a gig backing the unspeakable Rolf Harris. These are just some of the tall tales and they are all true.
