Description
Combining the raw edge of punk with the driving force of rock, South shouts unapologetically over chaotic guitar riffs and charging rhythms to themes of capitalism, feminism, privilege, and the power of community. With influences ranging from Grinderman and IDLES to Sharon Van Etten, the band go from from urgent hooks to unyielding power.
Produced, engineered and mixed by Anna Laverty at Audrey Studios, Coburg. Assistant engineering by Alex Lahey and Natasha Newling. Additional engineering by Robert Muiños at Rat Shack, Collingwood. Mastered by Joe Carra at Crystal Mastering.
