Nick Cave and The Bad Seeds – Kicking Against The Pricks

2014 reissue of The Bad Seeds third album. Originally released in 1986, Kicking Against The Pricks pointed the way forward for Cave and his cohorts via inspired interpretations of songs made famous by Johhny Cash, The Seekers, The Velvet Underground and John Lee Hooker. It also heralded the arrival of the now longest-serving Bad Seed, drummer Thomas Wydler.
