Radiohead – A Moon Shaped Pool

The ninth Radiohead studio album, A Moon Shaped Pool, was recorded in Southern France (largely to analogue tape) with long time collaborator and co-producer, Nigel Godrich.

It features a number of songs – at least three – that are more than a decade old. One of these, ‘True Love Waits’, had been attempted as a recording for Ok Computer, Kid A and Amnesiac.  Much of the album is driven by massed voices and strings arranged by Jonny Greenwood and performed by the London Contemporary Orchestra.
